What did you eat and how did you move- Sunday
Hi everybody! I'm going to get this started today since I may not have time to post later. It is my baby girl's 20th birthday today (how did THAT happen???) and we'll be having company later. I still can't believe it has been 20 years already...
Four hours of 'exercise' at work and again a lot of ladder work today and good old lifting. Followed up with a little power shopping and now some housework and getting ready for company. Tomorrow will be an 8 hour day and then I'm off on Tuesday and going to scream if anybody wakes me up early. Can't wait for this month's visitor to finish up already so I can get back to my normal morning soy lattes. I'm so tired of the chai already!
--sf, decaf chai
1) breakfast burrito: one soy 'tortilla', 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 slice 2% cheese
2) 1 container diet yogurt, 1 carrot cake muffin
3) homemade protein bar
4) 1 oz. multigrain crisps
5) 1/2 cup 0% fage, 1/2 cup special k protein plus cereal
6)...planning to have 4-6 ounces chicken for dinner. Hopefully nothing else with it! Want to try to eat it dry to fill up the pouch with no carbs
7) maybe 1/2 cup nsa ice cream while everybody has Coldstone Creamery birthday cake
This weekend I worked hard to decarb my pantry. Got rid of the leftover holiday crackers (even though they were whole wheat) and the multigrain crisps. Even though these are healthy treats they were just being used too much as a slider food and for grazing. They had to go and I'm sorry to say that the dog got them. Why I'm doing this to HIS waistline I don't know. He's already overweight! It is just too hard for me to put wholesome food in the trash.
What good things have you done this weekend?
