What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Thursday
Hi Everyone! How are ya doing? Are ya staying strong and meeting your goals nutrionally, getting all vitamins in and water and also exercising! Keep motivated and stay determined!
I am going to run two miles today.. no weights today. My off day for that.
B: 1 light multigrain 100 cal english muffin toasted with 2 servings of egg beaters and 1 oz of ham. (yes I can eat all this and yes I was full!)
S: Iced latte using unsweetened vanilla almond milk (yum and only 40 cals!) with a squirt of FF rhedi whip and then a bit later a SB cinnamon protein raisin bar
L: 2 pumpkin protein pies with FF rhedi whip and 1 tbs of 'frosting'
S: 6 oz NSA blue bunny lemon chiffon yogurt with 4 large strawberries
D: 1 chicken hot dog wrapped in a whole grain tortilla with a side salad of romaine, whole grain croutons, feta, onion and olives with low fat raspberry walnut vinegerette dressing.
S: EAS Shake
I just can't stuff any more in I don't think.. if I do it will be another shake.

Ok I got a bit more in and changed a few things..

D: 2 chicken sausages (3 oz each) side salad of romaine, roasted red peppers, walnuts, feta, onion and olives with low fat raspberry walnut vinegerette dressing.
S: EAS Shake

Hi, Melissa! I spent a good part of the day waiting to get my labs drawn so I missed breakfast. No moves today, but looking forward to tomorrow!
L: 1.5 oz 2% cheddar, .5 oz pumperknickel pretzels, 1 oz soy crisps, ff yogurt
D: 2 oz turkey w/ ff gravy, 1/4 c yams, 1/2 oz brown rice, 1/2 oz corn, ff yogurt
S: 1/2 artichoke, 1 mini popcorn, 2 fudgsicles, cantaloupe, blueberries, ff yogurt

Hi! Today really kicked my butt and I'm so tired that i almost didn't finish logging my food or bother stopping by here but have to stay accountable. Did pretty well eating today with the exception of some bananas which skyrocketed my carbs. But even though those numbers are terrible at least it isn't really bad food. First day of my period and I think it is just pity eating. I work this weekend and it is going to be a loooong weekend so it will be a challenge to stay on program.
8 hrs. at work today, lots and lots and lots of exercise. Lots of stress at home tonight and just not feeling well. Add in the snow/driving stress...blech.

I don't eat bananas very often but it seemed like the perfect Pity Party Food.
