Hi! How coincidental that you mentioned nobody will put us down for a gain because that's what I'm here with. UGH!!! The last two days I've been craving chocolate and just food in my mouth in general...from looking at the calendar now I know why. Sheesh, when will I learn to anticipate PMS and prepare for it??? From looking over my calories I am really only slightly overboard but mostly on the carbs as always. At least they aren't horrible carbs. And there's way too much salt in my diet so when the two combine I'm sure part of it is water gain. That little ditty helps ease my mind and makes me feel less a failure so I'll go on telling myself that and then keep trying to eat better like I'm doing today.

Taking down the Christmas tree today (hey, the ornaments were off it at least) which means tons and tons of trips up and down the stairs. If I have time then I'll hit the exercise room downstairs too. My daughter's birthday is Jan. 13th and that is always my official deadline for de-holidaying the house so we can celebrate her day properly. There's nothing like leaving it to the last minute... LOL

I have been walking on the track at the pool when my kids are swimming and and trying to make more of a effort to MOVE!!! I know I need to drink more water too. This is a new year and it will be the year I make goal!!!
