I still havent gotten up the nerve to step on the scale....it has been so long i dont even know what my Last known weight was! Anyhow--good job to all of you who made it thru the holidays with a loss........I will join you again soon. (hopefully next week)

Hi! How coincidental that you mentioned nobody will put us down for a gain because that's what I'm here with. UGH!!! The last two days I've been craving chocolate and just food in my mouth in general...from looking at the calendar now I know why. Sheesh, when will I learn to anticipate PMS and prepare for it??? From looking over my calories I am really only slightly overboard but mostly on the carbs as always. At least they aren't horrible carbs. And there's way too much salt in my diet so when the two combine I'm sure part of it is water gain. That little ditty helps ease my mind and makes me feel less a failure so I'll go on telling myself that and then keep trying to eat better like I'm doing today. HW: 268 SW: 230 LW: 132 CW: 133.5 Taking down the Christmas tree today (hey, the ornaments were off it at least) which means tons and tons of trips up and down the stairs. If I have time then I'll hit the exercise room downstairs too. My daughter's birthday is Jan. 13th and that is always my official deadline for de-holidaying the house so we can celebrate her day properly. There's nothing like leaving it to the last minute... LOL Molly

OK i mustered up the nerve to get on the scale.....i had to look back on OLD posts to find out what my last posted weight was.... HW: 295 SW: 287 Last Posted Weight: 194 CW: 191 I am really surprised- for all of the craziness - but i will take it !

HW 225 SW 225 Lowest weight: 122 CW: 124 i keep bouncing between 122 and 127 the last few weeks. need to step up that work outs and start counting cals again

I have had computer problems all darn week and ended up buying a new laptop HW-358 SW-338 Lowest as I did not post last week-240 CW-241 I have been walking on the track at the pool when my kids are swimming and and trying to make more of a effort to MOVE!!! I know I need to drink more water too. This is a new year and it will be the year I make goal!!! Hugs Diana
