Uh..so Today i only broke rule #7, did not go workout.....did fabulous on the other 9 though........took my supplements- as they should be taken ! Drank all my water....no bad carbs ......most importantly and the hardest for me -i am 1 day clean and sodaless......

Labs scheduled this week. Hope that Potassium is finally in the mid-normal range. Rule #4: Not Eating Right must have suffered a bit. Lost a bit more than I expected over the last 3 weeks (passed 150 lb goal; weighed-in at 145 lb for month 13) most likely stress related, as I've been over-doing things and visiting family. Short walks have been added to restart exercise-relaxation plan. Mini Goal: Increase food & muscle mass to maintain 150 lb. I have 1 day "clean" and my day was a 6 out of 10.
It has been a really bad eating day and I'll prob. end up with a gain tomorrow. (Ate too much yesterday too.) Ulcer is acting up tonight too. Exercise today was 6 hours at work and then a whole lot of shopping after.

I've got to get my carbs under control. Maybe it is time to do another all-liquid day. The last time I tried that it really helped get grip on the carbs.

I really feel ya about the carbs --i was in the same boat....that is all i ate over the holidays---so beginning this past monday- I had to just STOP- it is my 'drug' of choice and evidently i could not control it so i stopped. The same with the diet soda- specifically the Diet Dr Pepper- I swear there is drugs in that drink that makes me NEED it ......I was up to 64oz per day......started out slow--20oz per day here and there next thing ya know 64oz everyday.......sheez. That is my rule #2 never think i am cured from obesity- I will always be an addict (recovering) so the things i cannot control i have to restrict......
Whatever works for you to control it ---i know that you can do it ---
