I know way early, but if I post it I have a better chance to stick to it:
1. 1 cup Kashi Go Lean w/milk
coffee w/ff cream
2. 2 mini quiche
3. turkey/pickle roll-ups
2 oz apples
1 tbsp RF peanut butter
4. 90 cal Quaker Bites cinnamon
5. 4 oz steak
½ cup broccoli
6. EAS Cafe Carmel (after gym workout)
958 calories 83 carbs 24 fat 108 protein
I have told my husband I am going to the gym tonight and he promised to push my butt out the door if I try to come with excuses!!
Thank you everyone for all the support on my last post. You all gave me some great ideas and I feel much more confident that I can do this!
I have not pre planned for dinner yet but i have planned bfast and lunch.
B: Was 1/2 c egg beaters, 2oz canadian bacon & 1/4 cup 2% cheese
L: Will be 2oz Turkey, 2oz 2% cheese & cc yogurt

420 Cal 18.5 Fat 6 carbs 54 protein
Remaining: 380 calories 17 fat 34 carbs 26 protein

Looks great! You are doing terrific! I love the numbers also! Way to go Amy! I am here rooting you on 200% as are the rest of us! Way to be accountable. How do you like hte Cafe Caramel EAS Shakes? I put them on ice.. so they get frosty then drink em really cold. Where do you buy yours from? I cannot find them in the stores locally here, I have to order from EAS.com. They are 86 bucks for 48 (2 cases) 10% off each case and free shipping.. not too bad. LOVE THEM! I think they will be a daily treat the rest of my life haha! Truly ADDICTED!
I can find them at my local grocery stores, Winn Dixie, Publix, Albertson's (I think it's called Jewel in your neck of the woods) Wal-Mart carries the fudge but not the carmel.
I stuck to my plan except for I had a SF sucker too and I went to the gym even though I did not want to and I felt GREAT after!!

Hi Amy! Preplanning your food and exercise was very smart. I only preplan my foods on long days at work and only because i have to haul them with me. Your turkey/pickle rollup sounds good too and less calories than my turkey/cheese rollups. I'll have to make a batch when mine run out.
Today was a very long day at work and amounted to pretty much 8 hours of exercise at varying paces. Wish I could just go to bed now but I have things to do tonight for my son so the day isn't over by a long shot. Here's eats so far:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) homemade applesauce oatmeal protein muffin
2) small container 2% fage yogurt, 1 chopped up carrot cake muffin mixed in
3) 1 cup chicken vegetable soup, 1 sf snack pack pudding
4) 1 package crispy parmesan protein chips, 1 cup oaty bites dry cereal
5) Will prob. have one cup white chili but haven't calculated it yet...and my carbs are already too high. Have to rethink this one...

I think I'll take an EAS along with me tonight for a little energy and more protein. Maybe I'll just have some eggbeaters and ham when I get home tonight. Just too tired to decide. LOL
