Sunday-What did you eat and how did you move?
Hi! Did you have a great weekend? Boy, do we have the snow here and more is on the way. I dug out my old cross country ski's and got a workout in the backyard. It has been literally about 23 years since I've been thin enough to use them and it was a goal of mine for weight loss to get back on them this winter. Woohoo! I only fell twice and luckily avoided falling on the tailbone from hell. Fun workout, I have forgotten that there are actually things to do outside in the freezing cold that are fun!
Extremely high carbs again today but for some reason that doesn't bother me. Is that bad? Here's what I ate:
1) deluxe cottage cheese pancake breakfast (1 batch cc pancakes, 18 blueberries, 1/4cup sf syrup, 3 little squirts whipped topping, 1 oz. ham and a nice hot cup of coffee)
2) one applesauce oatmeal protein muffin
3) 1 cup homemade white chili, 1 froz. fruit bar
4) about 3 cups marinated cucumbers (this was grazing but not bad food)
5) 1 piece of PK's meat crust pizza with extra cheese
calories: 954
carbs: 130
fats: 21
protein: 79
The calories are too low considering my exercise this weekend and as always my carbs are too high but honestly it doesn't make me feel bad. I hope this isn't setting up a bad trend.
