Oh Baby Muffin!

Ok...I MUST give you this recipe link! I've seen the Applesauce Oatmeal muffin recipe several times on Sparkpeople.com and thought it sounded good. After reading the rave reviews of it I made a batch today and used some of the suggestions from other posters as well as substituting a protein supplement for the nonfat milk. All I can say is W O W !!! If you have or can get your hands on some Micellar Milk you gotta try this! I have no doubt my family will gobble this one up and in fact I used Splenda brown sugar instead of sugar twin so that they wouldn't kvetch about an artificial taste but I may just make up a Molly-Only batch with that to get rid of the sugar altogether. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=192435 Molly, in Muffin Heaven!
