believe me, i had days and weeks like that and not so long ago either. i think you are doing the absolutely best thing by being accountable and also moving on. in fact, you post inspired me to stop being lazy and stressed and start posting on "what did ya eat" again. i've been slacking off terribly lately and have had more than a few "guilty secrets" and slip-ups this month. i know you can get back on track and, hopefully, i'll be following in your foodsteps
congrats on your decision to expand your family--that is absolutely wonderful.

Hi Amy Girl.
The holidays kicked my booty too. I did not write anything down nor did I exercise - I dont know how badly i did - i am too afraid to step on the scale- I DUMP so i did not have any sweet things but i am a grazer . Today is my first day back to work and THANK GOD because this makes it easier to keep on track.
We will get there hang in there.
I am an evening eater too.....i usu have a snack before i go to aerobics--like deli meat or something like it....then i have dinner after class.......if that doesnt do it --i go to bed! SO Monday night was in bed by 9pm! Last night i had grapes as a snack...i freeze red grapes and eat them there are only 9 carbs for 10---relatively no fat or calories.....Cuz they are frozen they take longer to eat. I am really struggling today ---i had breakfast at 8, lunch at 12 (and i had to force myself to wait until noon) and now i am hungry again....so i am drinking my 4th bottle of water (33oz) This is HARD.........
