What did ya eat and how did ya move today? Wednesday
Hi Everyone! Trying to do this thread today since I am around to do it! Hope you had a great Wednesday! Tomorrow I have to possibly work an extra shift other than that I have been pretty lazy this week.. I think its the exhaustion from the holidays finally setting in.
B: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean with 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
L: 1 cup homeade chili, 1 cup salad with 1 oz feta cheese, FF italian dressing.
S: 1 protein pumpkin pie with whip/frosting and 2 SF jello cups a bit later with FF whip.
D: Not sure yet.
S: EAS Shake or 2
Aiming for 1200 today.. yesterday was a 1500 calorie day.. I know seems nuts to you guys but I am still losing quite a bit. Down almost 5 for the month again and almost 10 lbs under goal now..
I didn't exercise today.. i should have. I made chili and baked pumpkin protein muffins instead.

Hi! Hope that you got rested up today before your shift tomorrow. I went back to work and only for four hours, thank goodness. Still fighting off this bug and doing a great job at it but sure didn't have the energy I needed for work. Ended up coming home with a migraine after some grocery shopping. Going to bed early tonight with an icepack on my head! Enough whining already. Here's today's eats for me:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 1 serv. egg subst., 1/4 cup diced ham
2) 1homemade protein bar
3) 2 oz. lf cream cheese, 1 serv. ritz ww crackers (then I gave the rest of these demon crackers to the dog!)
4) 1/2 soy tortilla, turkey/cheese rollup
5) 3 servings of soy crisps...this was grazing! BAD!!!
6) 1 cup green beans, about 1 cup cucumbers...again nibbling while prepping in the kitchen
7) 1 froz fruit sf popsicle for my sore throat

Last night before bed I had a diet cocoa/nectar latte cappucino hot protein drink. Maybe I should do the same thing tonight to bump up my protein but the numbers really aren't too bad. Still drinking lots and lots of herbal tea to flush out this cold bug and my lungs are feeling so much better already!
So bummed out today...I made a special trip all the way across town to buy some Fage 0% yogurt and they were out of stock. WAAAAA! I consoled myself with some 2% yogurt single-sizes but hate to eat that much fat. Can't believe I've actually been craving yogurt. ::shudder:: I hate normal yogurt but Fage is wonderful with some Kashi Go Lean in it. Oh well, guess I'll just try to get some later in the week. heehee Any excuse to get to go to this particular grocery store.... It is the closest thing we have to a Trader Joe's here, I think.
