1 Year for ME!!!

Well, today is my 1 year for me I can not believe it has been that long. I had A LOT of complications in the beginning and for the first few months I thought I made the biggest mistake EVER but I know I did not. I am down 118 pds (My goal for a year was 120) and I still have a way to go BUT I KNOW I CAN DO IT!! Thanks to ALL of you for all your support and friendship. Diana

YEAH DIANA!!!! Congrats, Diana! You did fantastic! My Nut explained to me in the beginning that the average weight loss was about 100 lbs, if the person followed the rules, etc. 118 lbs is nothing to sneeze at; you beat the odds! The 2 remaining lbs will be a memory in a few weeks so celebrate a great accomplishment! Ro
