What did ya eat and how did ya move...Thursday
Hi! Sorry I didn't post the eats and moves yesterday...too tired after work. Long day again today but I didn't want to miss two days in a row. Moves today were 8 hr. on my feet at work lifting boxes, walking fast, running, climbing stairs, etc. Did a tiny bit of Christmas shopping afterwards too. Been really hungry for carbs today, I think it was the bulgar I had for breakfast. Even though it is really whole-grain and healthy it must just be that demon wheat making me crave more, more, more. Guess that is an experiment I should chalk up as a failure.

--tea, tea, tea, lots of water (I don't usually list this but should)
1) homemade protien bar
2) 1/2 cup cooked bulgur and 1/4 cup egg beaters
3) 4 oz. chicken, 1/4 cup salsa, 2 T ff sour cream
4) 2 pieces Melissa's protein fudge
5) grazed on 2 cups cheerios
6) later probably more of the cooked chicken and some green beans

Did my 1 yr post-op yesterday. Labs are great, and got clearance to start on the infertility again, even with my last 8 lbs to go, since my body has gone in to slow weight loss now.
Today's eats.. period week, so not so hot
B: 5-7 bites of Tapioca pudding
L: 1/4 c of beef stew over about a tablespoon of white rice (I forgot my lunch at home this morning.. apparently my brain goes AWOL this time of the month)
D: Haven't decided yet.
So, I know there's going to be a Fuzzy Navel protein drink somewhere tonight for the protein.
Off shopping with the hubby. Night, guys!
