No flaming from me either, just hugs. You've seen me post about screwing up often enough to know that sh*t happens in our worlds and we just get busy and get back on track. My only worry about your alcohol consumption isn't the fact that it is alcohol...it is empty calories and you don't need those, yummy as they are. You are so smart to post about all of the things that you ate and aren't proud of and are busy moving past it now. Good for you! Big Hugs!!! Molly

Natalie, I admire your honesty and your straightforward-ness (is that a word??) Anyhoo, I am in the Amen corner on all 7 of your lessons and know that you have taken accountability and will move on as well as grow from this. The good thing about it is your "bad" isn't nearly as "bad" as it would have been prior to WLS. Thats the good thing about it. As long as the behavior stops instantly, you can redeem yourself and get back on track. Its the days that turn into weeks and months that cause us so many problems. I'm glad to hear that you printed a pass for the gym and admire your ability to just get it straight right away instead of wallowing in it the whole week. I need to take your advise when it comes to me working out. For the past month, I have been saying, next week I'll get back to the gym...and then I miss on Monday...Monday flows into Tuesday and so on. I gotta get back in the gym!!! I feel so good when its over but its just hard to get in there!!!!! Thanks so much for this, it is powerful. Angela
