Yep that's right, I finally done it!! I am in onederland!! I went for my one year follow up appointment today and when I stepped on the scale it read 199. Man I could have shouted!! It feels so wonderful to be in the 100 again, I haven't been there in about 11 years. Just had to share with my oh family mini me
