Can you believe it? One Year!

Today is my one year surgiversary! Surgery day I was 357 pounds (highest was 392), and today I am 213! Started out in a 5X or 30/32 and now wear an 18 and some 16's! This year has flown by! I put on a pair of old pants yesterday (over the clothes I already had on) and they fell to the floor. I still feel like I have soooo far to go but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Dont look at how far you have to go---look at how far you have come! Now you have a 144 # start towards your goal GOOD FOR YOU.

Hi, Elaine! WOW & BRAVO!!! I was over 332 and I know that there were a lot of things that you couldn't do or do easily last year. At 213, I felt sooo much better and could finally walk with DH without turning red and sweaty. Now you're able to wear much more stylish clothing AND clothes that drop to the floor!!! HeHeHe...Congrats on 16s...Get a belt... really! Happy to hear that you've been so successful and that you are almost at Onederland! Don't look back...look for the opportunities to come and make them YOUR next goal... BTW... I don't think that there is an end of the tunnel after WLS... this is a road that we're on for the long haul... enjoy the ride! You Did It!!! Ro
