Sorry you had an unexpected shift. Hope it won't alter your trip plans any. Did you manage to get some extra sleep? The day was pretty good eating-wise for me. I was too nauseated to eat much in the morning and then when that was under control I just ate what I had planned for work and then a little extra carbs too. Head is much better now. So far the numbers are right where they should be. nf, sf soy latte --cafe caramel EAS 1) 2 pk's protein pies 2) 1/2 cup fage 0% yogurt, 1/2 cup cooked apples 3) 1 mini bag sf kettle corn with cinnamon sprinkled on...you gotta try this combo! 4) 1 cup crockpot orange chicken leftovers, 5 whole wheat ritz crackers 5) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream, 1 piece protein fudge 6) planned: 2 pk's protein pies w/2 T sf whipped cream calories: 1101 carbs: 110 fats: 28 protein: 107 Only 2 1/2 hrs. of moves today...pretty pitiful but with a migraine that is to be expected. Sick today, had to come home from work when I couldn't quit coughing. Now I sound like a bullfrog when I talk. B: Fuzzy Navel protein drink L: 3-4 oz of chicken, steak & shrimp fajita mix, with 2 oz of veggies, and 1 teaspoon of spanish rice D: 4 oz of tri-tip, 2 oz of herbed red potatoes, big tong full of salad drizzled with raspberry vinegarette (it was our department's Xmas dinner) S: 6 Doritos over at my friend Saida's house, while we planned her husband's Memorial BBQ for Saturday We have CRAPPY weather, atm. It's windy, raining and COLD. And me and everyone at my house has bronchitis. A seal colony moved in while I wasn't looking, apparently. Well, I'm covering up the parrot here in the computer room, and going to go tuck myself in to bed and finish my water while I wait to see if the hubby needs a ride home from work. Oh, and just found out, he's laid off effect Saturday. Oh yeah, eating and paying bills is entirely overrated. =)

We knew it was coming, we were just hoping it would be after Xmas, and with some warning. Not just two days notice that the restaurant was closing. I'm going down to raid them tonight for stuff I want at the house, like olive oil, teas (they have the expensive stuff), maybe drag home some calamari and crab.. see if I can't get a prime rib, or some filet mignons. Oh yeah, and I'm stealing a cheesecake to take to Saida's shindig for Robert tomorrow. LOL Since, they won't be needing them after tonight. He's been offered another job across the street at the Italian restaurant, Fuzio's. So, we'll see. Depends on what they pay.
