Gym Question
For those of you that go to the gym, I was wondering what type of work out you do? What are your favorite machines? I just started going this week this is what I have been doing:
1 mile on the treadmill at 3.5mph
3 miles on the stationary bike
4 reps of 10 on these two arm machines (can't remember the names)
What else should I being doing? Know of anything to help with the belly skin area?

I basically run 3 miles at the gym.. 2 on the treadmill at 4.5ish and then on the track. I will sometimes do 10 minutes or so on the eliptical (not my fav by any means) and then do some arms/legs on the circuit machines.
I do ab crunches, have religiously. I can feel the muscle under my loose skin.. I think they help though.
when I go, I do 30-45minutes on elliptical trainer, then some light weight lifting/toning (arms and abs mostly, since I figure my legs already get enough exercise from all the walking I do with my dog and the elliptical trainer at the gym). I also really need to use my free session w/personal trainer (which comes free with my recent L.A. fitness membership) and get some pointers on how to tone up my butt and the area on the back of my things b/c i've been noticing something that looks distinctly like cellulite (or maybe even a little loose skin) and i want to get that in the best shape possible before even considering plastics (and i'm not even sure there's enough loose skin there or on my tummy for plastic surgery anyway--it's relatively minimal and really not very noticeable but bugs me anyway.)
I also want to try a kickboxing class. I have tried a few step aerobic classes but i'm just WAY too uncoordinated too really enjoy them and elliptical burns more cals anyway.
