What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Tuesday
Having a much better day mentally with food today..
I did get a nice "surprise" for my 1 year anniversary.. I got a letter in the mail saying that they have "approved" my appeal for the ortho evra bc patch. Ok #1, I work for a catholic hospital so BC methods and sterilization procedure. #2, I never "appealed" their denial. Soooo how odd is this? But how wonderful. It will be 20 dollars a month instead of 50. I have been off bc for over a month no (no period yet.. weird.. no not pregnant, I promise!) and have been waiting for my cycle to start to so I could just fork out the 50 bucks.. so glad now that I got it approved (by the grace of God) don't ask me.. I sure didn't appeal it.. he musta had a hand in all of this. I have been doing a lot of prayer and journaling about my days that I am out of control with eating.. I think going back on something might help even me out.. here I was thinking being off would be better.. now I know it isn't.. its been awful ever since I got off bc. God works in mysterious ways..
I ran my two miles today and my hunger is nothing today.. go figure. Yesterday was graze city for me..
B: 2 pumpkin protein muffins with 1 tbs of ff/sf 'frosting' and light whip on each.
L: Homeade stuffed pepper.. 1 gr pepper half stuffed with 1/3 cup lean ground beef mixed with 1/4 cup of brown rice and some tomato sauce. Then I had a few bites of a side salad with romaine, light mont jack cheese and light honey mustard drsng.
D: 3 oz boneless lean porkchop, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 3/4 cup steamed broccoli. Overate a bit I am thinking.. yuck.
S: EAS Shake.
Cals 975, carbs 82, 14 fiber, fats 34, protein 92.

What amazing news! That was an especially nice surprise and definitely a blessing to have that worry taken off your mind. Hope you will be able to get it started soon.
Fear is such an excellent motivator. hahaha I have done WONDERFULLY today and had very little chewing going on...a shock for nonstop-eating-machine-Molly. I haven't even tallied it all yet but i know that the numbers will be great except the protein will be off the charts.

Moves for today...six hours at the job and extra trips up the mezzanine stairs to try to keep warm. It was really cold at work today. Brrrr!

I really didn't even try to keep a mental tally and just assumed my protiens would be way higher. Very surprising! But I still want to keep to mostly liquids the rest of the day so I'll prob. have another EAS tonight before bed.
Wouldn't be surprised if my body stages a revolt tomorrow and really turns on the hunger alarms. Luckily I have a lot of 'my' entrees thawed and ready to go in the fridge so I won't get out of control.

Did my 1 hour of aerobics.....
not sure how many calories the chili had.....my dh made it and i am sure that it is not as bad as i may have counted it to be---but since i did not make it --not sure......sigh
worst case scenario: Calories 1017 fat 47 carbs 58 protein 91
