what did ya eat today and how did you move

so far--4 EAS shakes (440 cals, 68protein) fuse slenderdize water-10cals total 450cals so far this is the second day of my 5-day pouch test so pls. pls. pls. let me make it through this evening. actually, it's not even that bad, really. i love those protein shakes (choc. fudge, vanilla and strawberry) plus i add splenda to all of them. the last on didn't come out so good though: i tool a vanilla EAS w/3 packets of splenda and poured some freshly brewed cofee in it. it was drinkable but not quite the Starbucks cafe latte quality. next, will do the same this with chocolate fudge flavor and see if it tastes like mocachinno. i'm going to allow myself up to 6 more shakes if i'm hungry (as long as i keep my cals under 1200) exercise--5miles so far but it snowing for the first time this year and is just so freaking cold (and i just moved from Houston TX and after 7 years there forgot what the cold weather is like) might try to make it to the gym today but won't kill myself over it. how did you guys/girls do?

Hi there Well today was a TERRIBLE day as far as eating I wont post the food but will tell you the cal. ect... I will not be suprised if I am up big time come Tuesday's weigh in. But can't blame no one but myself. The cravings definately got the best of me today! I had two slices of pizza for dinner. cal: a whopping 1501 fats: 73 carbs: 133 protein: 85 Blessings Mini Me

Melissa...Tuesday isn't any old weigh in for you, Melissa and me! Make tomorrow a better day with a LOT of water. I plan on fighting any chance of water gain to the max. Looks like I won't be making my personal goal of 130 and may have a gain too from the bad eating the last few days but at least I did better today. If I ever get to 130 I'll be proud of myself but it isn't going to break my spirit not to get there by Tuesday. Have you tried PK's Meat Crust pizza recipe? It works great for me when I am having a pizza craving. Hang in there...we are almost at the one year mark! Hugs!!! Molly

Hi Natalie, Love your idea of adding splenda to the EAS. I don't love them as much as Melissa and Terry on the RNY board but they are handy. Adding the splenda might make them a lot tastier to me, I'll try it! No exercise for me again today, bad girl! Been good about food though. Lots and lots of tea! 1) 7 oz. Mice Milk a la eggnog 2) 2 turkey/cheese rollups, 1 cup cooked apples 3) 1 piece of Melissa's Protein Fudge 4) 2 turkey/cheese rollups, 1 serving whole wheat simply social crackers calories: 568, carbs: 54, fats: 13, protein: 64 I'll prob. have another serving of that crockpot orange chicken and veggies later or maybe an EAS doctored your way. That'll add a lot more calories and protein. It is going to be an ice rink on the way to work in the night, wish me luck! Drive safely everybody who has snow this weekend! (and those who don't!) Had to go grab a container to see: Energy Athletics Strength. A funny...when I speak of this product I always say the letters seperately. When my MIL speaks about it she always calls it 'ease'. LOL! Molly
