What did ya eat and how did ya move...Saturday
Hi everybody! How did the first day of your weekend go? Hope that it is going well so far. The snow is falling here and looks so pretty! I'm lucky that I don't have to be out driving in it and can just enjoy how it looks from the safety of home.
Been bad today about exercise...there really hasn't been any. Sorry...hope you did better than me. Eats are better today than yesterday but could still stand some improvement. My goals for the evening are to keep away from carbs and stick with veggies.
1) cottage cheese pancakes, 2 T sf blueberry syrup, 2 T sf whipped topping, 1/2 cup cooked apples, 2 oz. turkey ham. Big breakfast treat!
2) 3 oz. chicken breast chunks, 2 T ff sour cream
3) 1 mini bag popcorn with cinnamon
4) planned: 4 oz. crockpot orange chicken, red peppers, broccoli
5) if I'm still hungry...a small bowl of plain salad and maybe an EAS
calories: 877 carbs: 101 fats: 14 protein: 90
well, mine's pretty boring:
8 EAS protein shakes so far--880 cals; 136g protein;
2 fuse slenderdize drinks (did i mention i should join FUSE Slenderdize anonymous)--20cal;
will allow myself up to another 2 protein shakes and another one or two Fuse slenderdize, if hungry, so the total will likely be 1220 cal
exercise--2walks 3miles each--6miles total;

Well, technically this is our second snowfall now but drivers are as stooooopid as if it were the first. Takes them about three months to learn how to drive in the snow again, I swear. We had nuts partying across the street last night and they ended up driving up on our sidewalk and almost into some of my landscaping. Missed it by a few inches.
Your eats were really good! Looks like you are doing an excellent job of making balanced meals. I need to try to do that myself because it seems I mostly go for proteins or carbs and not enough veggies.
Have a great week!
Molly
Hubby home tonight, so made spaghetti (with 97% lean hamburger, and wheat spaghetti). However, it's the week before period.. so had two small helpings.. about an hour apart. Bleh.
Other than that, I had a little of the turkey pot pie I fixed him for lunch (homemade), mostly the turkey and veggies, with about a tablespoon size bit of the pie crust.
Going to fix a protein drink here, since I'm still low, and I'll be up another 4-5 hours tonight.
Exercise for the day: Housecleaning.. ugh.
And I'm baking fully loaded oatmeal cookies, to take to my friend's house tomorrow, for her and the kids. Her husband passed away Weds from an aneurysm, so me and Ronda (another friend, whose going to be a December 2007 baby) are going over to spend the day with her to keep her company. Thought I'd bring them a treat, and see if she'll let me fix them dinner while we're there.
I was BUSY yesterday and ate little things all day
Breakfast-small piece Brown Bread that I made
Snack-Protein Bar
Lunch-Pizza on a low fat pita
Snack-100 cal bag of popcorn and DIET hot chocolate at a parade (and a small candy cane that I got there also.)
Dinner-Chicken and grean beans and around 5 FF that were to DIE for!!
The brown bread that I made is a recipe my mom made every year. I got her recipe and made it for the first time and thought of her the whole time It has raisons and all bran cereal in it and it is so darn good.
Today we are going to Breakfast with Santa with my sister and her daughter and my dad so it will be another FUN and Busy day
Hope everyone is having a good weekend.
Diana
Hi Diana,
Hope your Breakfast with Santa was fun! The kids and I were planning on doing our annual breakfast out but postponed it because of the snow. Just as well, we had a very nice quiet day here. I love a little break from the usual stress!!!
On your eats what were the 5 FF that were to die for? I must be awfully tired not to be able to figure it out.
Got started on my Christmas cards today while enjoying some Christmas music on the headphones...now it is Christmas!
Molly
You are actually going to MAKE me actually type the "F" word
French Fries!!!
This place has skin on ones that are so darn good. I always get Green beans with my meal but my son get them and I took a couple.
This place is nice as they do not add BBQ on there food you can add your own if you want which is NICE.
