Hi Gang... Wow I can't wait to tackle Megan's post below! That is a great one. Molly, Melissa and I share the same date, december 4 and its coming up! Can you believe how fast it as has gone?? wow... good post Megan! Can't wait to read all the replies! I just ran my two miles and gonna do some floor exercises and free weights and ab crunches also.. Here are my eats. B: 2 protein pumpkin muffin pies (yes I eat these everyday..sad i know lol) with whip and 'frosting'. S: EAS Shake L: Pizza - Joeseph's pita bread (60 cal) with pizza sauce, 2% itallian shred cheese, .5 of a chicken sausage sliced up on top, onion, pepper, black olives and parmesean with some spices. A small side salad with romaine and red onion, FF italian drizzled. D: 1 yogurt, 1/4 cup bare naked granola, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries S: EAS Shake Cals: 1057, fats 40, carbs 76, fiber 12, protein 109 How did you do?

Woops I also had a homeade SF latte in there as well... its added into those totals above just didn't list it.

Moved.. like a slug. I'm sick, and having a hard time breathing since it's in my chest.. no head congestion.. just a cough and a slight wheeze. Yes, shush, Melissa, I know... bronchitis or pneumonia, I just don't want to go to the doctor's *LOL* If I start sounding like a seal colony, then I'll give in and go on Monday or Tuesday. Breakfast: 3/4 of a SB breakfast burrito Lunch: SB Orange Beef (I'm sick and even heating up the pre-made food was hard ) Dinner: 1/2 a small Wendy's chili & small sized carb control tortilla quesadilla Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein drink Water: Been guzzling like crazy to keep the cough/tickle in the throat at bay. Bad stuff: 4 pieces of Reese's Xmas peanut butter cups.. you know the ones that are tiny, but still loaded with all the bad stuff.

Late replying to this (that seems to be the new norm for me) but want to keep up my accountability. Lots of grazing yesterday and the numbers are sky-high. (well, carbs anyway) Trying a new strategy this weekend...have a thermal hot-pot loaded with herbal tea in Christmas flavours and have had to refill it twice already today. The warm drink is my legal graze and so far so good. Here's yesterday: --nf, sf soy latte 1) 1 cup strawberry cereal, 1 lf mozz stick 2) 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 bran muffin 3) 2 protein pumpkin pies w/maple whip the grazing: 1 serving apple crisp 1 oz. soy crisps 1 oz. ff cream cheese, 4 wheat simply socials crackers 1/2 cup nsa mint ice cream 1/3 cup craisins another 1/2 cup nsa mint ice cream calories: 1304, carbs: 169, fats: 28, protein: 77 As for moves yesterday I once again tackled the outside lights so it was a lot of up and down the ladder, in and out of the house up and down the stairs. Did a lot of grocery shopping then came home and worked on the Christmas decorations more. Did sit down last night and literally fell asleep in front of the tv. That is the longest I've sat in front of a tv in months...must have been about 3 hours. My tailbone was numb until I got up and then oh the pain. LOL
