What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Wednesday

Hi Gang.. sorry I am late again.. just got home from picking up my wedding ring that needed resizing. Had to drive about 1.5 hours away to pick it up so my husband and I spent a nice relaxing evening in starbucks. I got a small SF iced coffee and then a hot tea.. the harny and sons teas are amazing! I especially love the Hot Cinnamon Sunset and Holiday Tea www.harney.com So this is what I ate today.. not the best but could be worse. I grazed a bit.. sigh. B: 2 protein pumpkin muffins with whip and 'frosting'. S: SB cinnamon/oatmeal raisin high protein cereal bar L: 3 oz chicken with 1 cup shredded cabbage/broccoli mix (japanese place.. had them hold all sauces and used a bit of soy on it). S: 12 oz iced SF decaff skim milk latte from SB (60 calories) and then a hot tea with splenda. Later 3 cups of oil pop popcorn with no extra butter. (bad I know) D: Simply bar that I got in the mail as a sample.. no nutritional info, my memory recalls it being good.. uhm no.. 14 sugars and 32 grams of carbs.. 3 proteins.. 5 fats.. stupid stupid. (thought It was ok till I got home and looked it up). And the worst part.. it wasn't good.. but I ate it anyway. S: I am still having my shake regardless.. protein is low without it. Here is my damage.. Cals: 1171 (still good, I shoot for 1200 now), carbs 98 (DANG BAR!), fiber 17 (whew at least I can deduct that from the high carb count to get a net carb), fats 49!!! (jeez o pete) and protein 96. Oh well tomorrow is another day.. How did you do?

i have been so bad about logging this in ....Good news is i am MOVING a lot! still grooving to Jazzercise......1 hr 4x per week- hoping to start doing 5x.... B: protein bar S: pinapple/grapes L: low carb quiche (lady at work made) s: Pretzles (i know bad) D: 2 slices of my DH frozen pizza only 263 cal with 7.6 fat....we wont talk about the carbs! 1066 cal 44 Fat 111 carbs 55 protein
