What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Tuesday
My days just keep getting busier and busier with the holidays.. sorry I have been hit or miss with this post lately! I have been doing LOTS of moving just no formal running the past two weeks.. sigh b/c of traveling, trying to play catch up with life it seems.. you would think I had 10 kids.. well now I have a cold from all the lack of sleep.. so I gotta take care of me and try to slow down when I can. I hope to feel better soon so I can run again. Here are my food damages..

B: cottage cheese blueberry pancakes with SF maple syrup and light whipping cream
S: Cinnamon Bun Atkins protein bar
L: 1 small chili and 1 side salad with low fat ranch from wendy's with 2 saltines
D: 2 protein pumpkin pies with light whipping cream and 2 tbsp of 'frosting' (ff cream cheese, maple extract and slenda)
S: EAS Shake
Cals: 1028, carbs 81, fiber 18, fats 41, protein 92
Probably all of us are going to be saying the same thing the next four or five weeks. I'm gonna post eats and then get to bed.
Moves today were the stairs. Up and down them FAST! I made lots and lots of trips hauling up Christmas tree parts and lights and decoration boxes. Tried to do it as fast as possible. Wanted to go for a walk with the dog but it is too cold!
Here's eats...came out very good! I'm pretty much resigned to the carbs hardly ever coming out under 100 again so days when I don't go waaay over that seem good to me. Had a 12-hr fast to do for my labs so the day started out very well.
--nf, sf soy latte after labs
1) 1/2 homemade pumpkin protein bar
2) cottage cheese pancakes, 2 oz. turkey ham, 2 T sf syrup, 2 T sf whipped topping
(YUMMO!)
3) sf pumpkin custard, 2 T sf whipped topping, 1 oz. lf mozz stick
4) abt. 4 oz turkey, red peppers, 1/2 cup broccoli (took the turkey leftovers and mixed them with frozen peppers and turkey broth to make a saute)
5) sf blue bunny froz fruit bar
calories: 897, carbs 101, fats: 24, protein: 78
I don't think those calories are right...I feel like i ate a lot more than that today. If I really only ate that many calories I'd still be hungry. Hmm...
Hey Melissa...was that good Starbucks tea named Joy by any chance? I got a package of that today. It definitely isn't a flavoured tea like the Bigelow or Celestial Seasonings holiday teas. Really an unusual type and something I'd enjoy all year. Thank you for the tip! Between that one and the holiday teas I have drank a lot of tea today. Very yummy stuff and good for hunger control.
Long day ahead tomorrow and we have another snow storm due to dump on us again. Hope to have those blasted outside lights sorted out when I get home from work. Want to be done with that job already. LOL I think I will just leave them up all year long once they are working corrrectly. We will just be the crazy neighbors who leave the lights on the house forever.
