I had a great Thanksgiving because I was able to eat in moderation and not feel deprived. My technique is to serve myself one or two sponfulls of the best choices and never to go for seconds. It works great for me and that is what I am going to do for Xmas and New Years. I also plan to keep on exercising and will try to make 4 time a week instead of 3.
