Mini Me
I actually was happy with what I ate today
Breakfast-protein bar
Snacks-Cheese, Turkey Sausage, Cheeseball and a few crackers
Dinner-Turkey, a couple bites of mashed potaotes and stuffing and some veggies
Snack-SF jello thing with pretzel crust and whipped cream
I sat down to eat and my stomach started hurting, I think it was looking at ALL the food!!! (I am sure it could not have been the cheeseball or the DRINK I made 1 1/2 ounce watermelon vodka, 1/2 ounce of triple sec and 3 to 4 ounces of LIGHT cranberry juice).
LOL

Hi! Sorry to be awol so long but I've been living life in Retail Hell and just been too tired for the mb. Missed you all though. What I logged for Thanksgiving was fairly accurate and done in quick snatches here and there. Did a fair amount of grazing, which i had preplanned and some things would have taken too long to log if I'd made them their own entries so it is sort of just equalled-out with replacement foods. Here's the basics:
1) GNC cinnamon bun bar
---several cups of half/caff. coffee and creame
---pre-dinner grazing: abt. 1 oz. Susan Maria's Teriyaki cheese log, 1 serv. whole wheat crackers, 1/4 cup almonds
2) abt. 4 oz. turkey, 1/4 cup sf cranberry sauce, 1 tsp. potatoes, 1 tsp. stuffing (ack, bread!), 2 slices sweet potatoes, abt. 1 tab. drizzle of sf torani caramel syrup
3) samples of sf desserts: pumpkin custard, sf pumpkin cheesecake, sf pecan pie and 2 T lite cool whip
approx.: cal: 1223, carbs: 113, fats: 57, prot. 54
The numbers are probably too low but all in all I feel really good about the choices I made both in food and socially. Didn't want to be doing anything so radical that my family would start to criticize me so I made compromises to please them. There was so much to be thankful for!!!
