This is Rachel Ray's recipe, I make it every year, such a hit with everyone! It is so insanely easy its scary.. and almost embarassing when people ask me what "all" I put in it.. enjoy! 5 Minute Fudge Ingredients 1 bag of semisweet choc chips 9 oz of butterscotch chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp of vanilla 8 oz of chopped walnuts or any nuts you prefer red and green candied cherries Directions Spray an 8" pie pan with Pam cooking spray. Spray a microwave safe bowl with Pam cooking spray. Pour in chocolate and butterscotch chips and sweetened condensed milk together into the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Wrap sweetened condensed milk can with saran wrap and spray with pam cooking spray. Place in center of 8 inch pie pan. Set aside. Once chips have been in microwave 2 minutes remove and add vanilla and then stir quickly till blended. Add nuts and fold into mixture. Quickly place fudge into the pie pan around the milk can and smooth out around it. Add your cherries quickly (as fudge sets up fast) now to decorate (will look like a Christmas Wreath) and then place in fridge.. Once set up (less than 1 hour) remove from fridge and loosen with a knife cutting along the edges. Also remove milk can. The fudge will pop out. Place on a pretty plate, wrap in cellophane and tie with a pretty holiday ribbon. Makes a beautiful gift to bring to parties, etc.

This is perfect for the holidays as I am not a fudge eater so it is safe for me to make Cookies on the other hand are going to be a PROBLEM so I am not sure they are going to be made this year.
