Hey there! Hope you guys had a great weekend! It's now Thanksgiving week and we have lots to be thankful for! Soon we will be celebrating our anniversary month, how wild is that?! I will be heading out of town for the week tomorrow morning so if any of you would like to post the moves and eats post I would really appreciate that! I will log on when and if I can! Enjoy the festivities, the company and some healthier foods and just be thankful for everything we have accomplished thus far!!! B: Atkins PB Granola Bar, 1 pickle spear S: 1 cup broccoli raw with 1 tbsp light ranch dressing. L: 2 pumpkin protein pies with whip and frosting (yes I said I wasn't going to do this anymore.. but it tastes so good! I did get pleasantly full though). S: 6 strawberries raw and plain, 1 cup SF pudding D: 4 oz of tuna maybe for something different. S: Homeade latte S: EAS Shake. Lots of "snacks" but if I stick to it the numbers should be good.. Cals: 886, fats 33, carbs 66, fiber 10, protein 94. Loving those numbers! What did you eat today? I didn't move, Monday is recoop from work day. See you guys this week sometime!

Breakfast-kashia protein bar Lunch- Turkey sausage and cheese and a 100 calorie pack of crackers Snack-Grapes, few sour cream and onion chips ( a HUGE no no and my weakness is crunchy salty) Dinner- A little Chicken and Noodles Snack-protein bar I walked on the track while my kids were at swim. 2 miles: Diana

Hi Melissa, Those ARE great numbers!!!! You are such an inspiration for those among us (which would be just me who haven't been able to stay under 1000 cals in months Here's mine: B- and morning snack -my ill-fated cottage cheese experiment--360cal, 24g protein (12 oz container) L-japanese restaurant--a cup of miso soup (50cal?), salad, 3 california roll pieces, a shrimp dish with some brown rice--guesstimate 600 cals, maybe 25g protein S-pure protein bar--180cal, 20g protein other junk; coffee w/half and half; vitamins; hard candy; low cal beverages-320cals was tired and went to bed early, skipped dinner and evening walk-- total--1460cals; (yukes) exercise--a 3 mile morning walk scale still shows 126.6 this morning--thank god!

I'll just put it this way my day yesterday was not good I ate because of stress, depressed, or heck just because!! I didn't log it cause I didn't want to see the numbers. But the numbers showed this morning on the scale at the gym I gained a pound (which really didn't suprise me) but just depressed me again so I jumped on that treadmill and got in a good 30 min. Walk and I tell ya it felt sooooooooooo good to be back in the gym. I have got to make myself get back on track and stop this foolish eating and being lazy. Anyway there is my vent (sorry) love you guys and have a wonderful thanksgiving mini me
