sorry for the highjack, Melissa i can't stop eating today so i need to write it down. b-EAS shake--110cal, 17g protein l-chicken, some cauliflower--(guesstimate 360cal, 30protein) south beach bar--140cal, 10protein s-kashi bar--170cals, 8g protein s-EAS shake--110cals, 17g protein other:vitamins, calcium and "fuse slenderdize" drinks--200cals total so far: 1090cals, 82 g of protein. will try to stick with just one more EAS shake before bed (110cals, 17g protein)--we'll see. exercise: morning walk --3miles; the gym--35mins/320cal--elliptical; some weights/ab exercises

Girl you hijack all you want! I am not the "owner" of this post and love seeing you guys do it also! takes the load off me sometimes, not complaining, I love doing it but its nice to share! You are doing great hun hang in there! I hear ya on limiting cals! It''s hard for me PM week the rest of the time I am fine.. or at least that has been the pattern so far.. I need an appetitie suppressant or duct tape one week out of the month! lol..

Hi Natalie, I've got to get accountable today too. Numbers are not as good today as they were yesterday...I did too much in the kitchen and should have taped my mouth shut. 1) EAS strawberry 2) 8 oz. Mice Milk Eggnog 3) cottage cheese pancakes, 1 Morningstar Farms 'sausage' patty, 2 T sf syrup --the grazing: about 1/4cup almonds, 1/4 cup pecans from making spiced nuts 4) 1/2 cup baked apple with 1/2 cup nsa ice cream 5) 4 oz. chicken and 1 serving spinach souffle casserole (nothing on the chicken...the casserole made it slide) calories: 1180, carbs: 90, fats: 52, protein: 99 That's the most fat grams I've had in one day in a long time but I know it was the nuts. Those are going to be very tempting on Thanksgiving but at least I know they will be out when my company is here and I prob. will be too busy to get into them. No exercise today, I'm really tired from being on my feet all day and up too late the last two nights. Have a big week ahead and had better get to bed earlier tonight. hahaha....i always say i'm going to bed and then end up doing too many things Molly

Molly, That sounds like a great menu. Actually, your daily calorie total is exactly what i aim for and have a hard time maintaining (i tend to go over most days..grrr) EAS strawberry sounds so good, i'm going to try it next (already have chocolate fudge and vanilla in my fridge)
