Hey Dec Pals Today I still didn't move!!!! Arrrgggg My sweet little Aunt Flo is visiting and boy do I wish she would go away LOL B: SF Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal Banana S: 1 tbs peanut butter/ graham crackers L: roast beef/provolone cheese green beans D: pinto beans/ cheese S: Starbuck's SF caramel frappaccino light cal: 1120 fat: 39 carbs: 145 protein: 54 I don't know what it is gonna take for me to chill out on those carbs!!! I feel so bad that I can't seem to break that crazy habit. Have a wonderful day all Mini Me

Today I am so proud of myself because I did go for my walk eventhough my walking partner could not make. it to the track. I walked for about 45 minutes and walked pretty fast. Today I had: B-Low suggar oatmeal with milk, raisins and walnuts s-ff,sf latte s-few pineapple chunks L-steak with lettuce and onios s-atkins bar s-100 cal bag popcorn d-chicken with brocoli and sf jello with lite cool whip

I hear ya Melissa! All though Aunt Flo is only "threatening" her visit with me.. in due time she always comes around without fail! If only other people in my life were so reliable.. lol.. B: 2 pumpkin protein pies with 1.5 tbs of "frosting" and 2 tbs of light whip. L: Kids pack from subway on wheat (minus top half of bread) toasted with pepper jack cheese, turkey (double meat) and lots of veggies and brown mustard. Apple as my side. Yum! D: 6 oz No Added Sugar Blue Bunny Blueberry Yogurt with 1/4 cup Bare Naked Peak Protein Granola and 1/3 cup fresh blueberries. S: EAS Shake Cals: 900ish, fat 31, carbs 78, fiber 10, protein 86 - lets hope I can keep my pie hole closed the rest of the night.. if not then I have about 200 cals I can move around with if I need to. I ran 2 miles today and lots of waking/shopping!

Ended up doing two EAS shakes for 1027 cals and 103 proteins total.. still good in my book.

Hi Melissa, Not a good day today and I'm late gettiing to the computer. Had support group tonight so at least there was a wonderful part of the day. My moves were 8 hrs. at work, it was a very long day! Here's eats: --sf, nf soy latte 1) 2 PK's protein pumpkin muffins 2) 1/2 cup 0% Fage yogurt, 1/2 cup mixed cereal 3) about 4 oz chicken (didn't weigh it, yikes) with a cream of mushroom sauce on top, half a carrot-pumpkin muffin with a small smear of Melissa's 'frosting' on top 4) the other half of the muffin (but no frosting) 5) 2 serv. egg beaters, 1/4 cup nf cottage cheese 6) 3 oz. pork sloppy joe puree 7) another serving of the chicken thing I ate 3rd bad numbers: calories: 1140, carbs: 79, fats: 19, protein: 153 Way out of balance today, I just 'wanted' to eat a lot of protein today even though I knew I didn't need to. That is the weirdest head hunger I've had in a long time. gotta get to bed, I'm wiped!

Hey! I had a strange eating day too - snacky all day, didnt feel like I had room for a meal today. Also strange. Here goes: B: Atkins protein bar L: tuna salad snack pack thing with the crackers, 3/4 med. banana S: light and fit yogurt, blueberriers, 1/2 cup kashi go lean S: sf, ff latte S: healthy choice ice cream bar S: 5 soy chips, 3 whole wheat crackers S: Pria complete nutrition protein bar Not a good day, need to figure out the calories and try not to scream. I did move today --i did my 1 hour of Jazzercise. BUT i am not all that proud of my eating --it was a little erratic. Calories are not bad BUT content is horrible....... B: Protein Bar L: Protein Bar S: 100 Cal Popcorn S: 1oz cheese D: 3oz Fajita Meat on Lettuce with pico de gallo & 1 tbsp lf ranch 3 taco shells 2oz cheese S: apple 994 calories 87 Carbs 43 Fat 64.9 Protein
