eats and moves for Wednesday

I know I don't normally post this and I hope you don't mind that I got it going tonight but thought I would go ahead and post mine. I am also going to try to post this more often then MAYBE I will be a little more aware of what I am eating.
B: Special K cereal/ w 1% milk
banana
S: 1 small SF banana muffin
1 tbs. peanut butter
L: 1 cup chili
1 cheese stick
That's it so far will probably have more chili for supper then probably a sf popcycle for a bedtime snack. Then surely that will be enough LOL MY CARBS ARE STILL HIGHT FOR TODAY.

Hi Melissa, thank you for getting this started. I really don't want to post my eats today because they aren't good but I'm committed to maintaining accountability. So here it is:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 1 serving Melissa's Apple Crisp (way to start the day, Mol!)
2) 1 brown-sugar cinnamon homemade protein bar, 2 PK's pumpkin protein pies (in a meeting and was just chowing!))
3) 1 lf mozz stick, 1 serv. soy crisps
4) grazed...1 fudgesicle, later 1/2 c. nsa ice cream, 3 pieces sugar free licorice
5) attempted chicken and salad...have spent all evening trying to get it unstuck
calories: 834, carbs: 87, fats: 16, protein: 67
This has been really discouraging for me and not because of the numbers but because of what the foods were: mostly sugary food substitutes and grazed! Nothing much of solid, actual 'food' value. My excuses? Tired from yesterday and continued stress, getting the run-around at the base hospital with my insurance and trying to get a blood test, getting a big hematoma from the blood test, grocery shopping while hungry and with a sore arm. Care for a little cheese with all that whine?
Its just been a cruddy day and tomorrow will be another toughie. Sorry to be a pain in the tuchas. Oh, one good highlight of the day is that I'm back down to 132 again from that 136 on Tuesday. wee!

Thanks for starting this Melissa.. had some errands to run with DH tonight and totally forgot to post the eats/moves thread before I left the house.. glad I can count on you guys to help me out during my 'duh' moments! I had a munchie day today.. its PMS totally..
B: Didn't have.
L: Went to the casino and I had the buffet there.. luckily their options aren't too bad.. at least what I get anyways.. but I always chuck it up to a 300 calorie meal each time. I had a few bits of salad with spring mix salad with egg and FF ranch then a bite or two of a premixed greek salad (cukes, feta, onion, black olives and yes oil) then 2 oz of carved turkey breast, 1 bite of steak and some grilled onions and peppers. Then one bite of SF chocolate pie dessert. That's it.. not bad not great but that is why I didn't eat breakfast.
S: 2 pumpkin protein pies with 1 tbs of 'frosting' and light whip mixed.
D: small wendy's chili with a 3/4 of a side salad with low fat ranch.
S: EAS Shake
S: (this is where it gets ugly) 1 cup romaine with 1 tbs low fat ranch, 1 oz turkey, 1 oz of low fat mont jack cheese and 1 cup of banana/coconut yogurt (no added sugar) a bit later.
Grazing!
Cals: 1166, fats 48.. OMG!, carbs 79, protein 106 and its sooo time to go to bed!!!

L: smoked turkey adn 2% cheese

S: Banana/ 1oz cheese (low fat)
D: 4oz chicken & 1/2 c green beans

950 calories 61 carb 41 fat 87 protein
27 of the carb grams are banana & 5 are green beans so hopefully this is not that bad--as for the fat....1 word cheese
