Hi There! What did ya munch on today? Care to share? Here is my damages... B - 1 egg, 2 oz lean ham steak L - 2 of your lovely plumpkin protein pies with 1.5 tbs of light whip and 1.5 tbs of 'frosting' (splenda, ff cream cheese and vanilla mixed together) S- 1 Atkins double chocolate crunch protein bar and 6 strawberries D - 1 cup homeade chili with 2 saltines S- 1 homeade latte using light van soy milk and light whip cream S- 1 EAS Shake Cals 944, fats 37, carbs 72, fiber 21, protein 100 Vits, water done.. ran two miles.

I'm really too lazy to add it up.. I know I should.. maybe I'll just dig through the thread on Saturday, and sit and do Fitday on it. B: Packet Maple Sugar Weight Control Quaker Oatmeal L: Chicken enchilada pie (I'd made it for DH and tried it, since it was mostly protein) S: 3 slices turkey ham (deli sliced) wrapped around Light cream cheese D: Mini slice of supreme pizza w/ yogurt for dessert (not at the same time)! If there is any room, maybe later tonight a small 1/2 c of SF FF banana cream pudding.

o.k. so i've been a bad bad girl the day before yesterday (and there was half a box of chocolates involved.) i don't dump but still feel guilty so i went back to basics for a couple of days: B:--protein shake--190cal L:--energy bar--210cal S:--protein shake --110cal D:--protein shake-110cal S:--protein shake--110cal S2:--protein shake--110cal other: vitamins (60cal), chewable calcium(105cal), hard sugar-free candy (100cal) total: 1105cal, probably at least 100g protein my diet yesterday was roughly the same:--basically protein shakes to re-set my pouch moving: 6mile walking plus some strength training at the gym yesterday; and 6 miles walking today

Hi! Busy, hard day at work and I walked as fast as i could and lifted a lot! (Plus a few extra trips up and down the stairs at a fast clip!) Eats came out great, too: --sf, nf soy latte 1) 100 cal. Balance Bar 2) Nectar Fuzzy Naval 3) 1 carrot-pumpkin muffin (while everybody else ate cake and ice cream) 4) 3 oz. taco-chicken breast meat, 1 sf jello 5) 4 oz. chicken breast (moist, salty and yummy!) 6) weird salad...romaine, tomato, insides of a chicken/apple sausage, 2 T ff ranch dressing 7) whole-wheat oat pumpkin 'donut' (muffin!) calories: 768, carbs: 41, fats: 18, protein: 98 Lots and lots of tea again, gotta keep warm! Only got 3 hrs. sleep last night, I'd better get to bed now because it will hit me tomorrow and that will be dangerous for eating. Maybe if I have an EAS tonight before bed it will get tomorrow off to a better start. Whatcha think?

Yeah being over tired does make me wanna munch all the time.. did you read why that was in Mindless eating? I found that interesting! I always do the EAS before bed no matter where my calories are or whats going on.. if I go over oh well.. its too important to me not to have it.. maybe thats my transfer addiction! It truly curbs my appetite and do not wake up hungry.. so if u ask me I am biased and will tell you YES! lol.. Its only 110 cals.. u are low anyway.. id do it. I go up to 115 proteins a lot and as long as I am drinking I don't get worried about it.. better than carb overload in my opinion!

OMG, funny that you mentioned EAS, i literary just discovered it and have been drinking a ton of it (110cal, 17gprotein, the chocolate fudge--great taste). does it come in other flavors?

Hey Natalie!!! Yes EAS comes in the following: 1) French Vanilla 2) Strawberry 3) Chocolate Fudge 4) Dark Chocolate 5) Cafe Caramel (coffee/caramel - has some caffeine tho) I cant find the cafe caramel in the stores. I get mine directly from EAS, the cheapest I have found. 2 cases bought saves 10 percent off each case and free shipping. 48 of them costs me 86 bucks and some change from their webite.. oh and all of them taste best when placed on ice for about 20 mins getting then REALLY cold! YUM! Ok so that is my transfer addiction for sure!

Today I walked at a pretty fast pace for about 50 minutes, enjoyed being outdoors, wonderful weather. Today I had: B-Kashi ceral, with ff milk, added rasins and walnuts. 1/2 banana s-sf, nf latte l-tuna salad with crackers, balsamic tomatoes s-atkins bar s-2 cheese string d-steak, potatoes and side salad s-100 cal popcorn bag

Day #2 in a row! B: Protein Bar L: Turkey cold cuts with 2% cheese S: 1/2 cucumber & lf cheese cubes (before aerobics) D: Lean Steak Before my last snack: 838 calories 38 fat 16 carbs 104 protein S: tomatoes lf ranch & couple cheese cubes Did 1 hr of aerobics-- (30 cardio and 30 stretching/weights ) according to Prevention.com i am burning about 424 calories with this regimine.....I know that i am going to have to UP my calories...cuz i wake up hungry.........
