Spiced nuts for the holidays!

great recipe but be careful the nuts add fat and cals fast.. so portion them out! Any nuts you lke.. I love almonds! Toss in egg whites or egg beaters and then toss in a mixture of cinnamon, splenda, all spice, cloves, nutmeg, whatever you like! Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Enjoy!

Thank you, Melissa! I was already planning on making a batch of Susan Maria's spiced nuts but I will add a batch of yours too. There is a cute divided dish that they'd look great side by side in, can't wait to share them with my family on Thanksgiving. It's so much fun to hang out with talented, sharing cooks! Molly
