Sunday- Eats and Moves Post
How was your weekend overall and did you have a good day today? I am so thrilled to be off again tomorrow and hope that most everybody here will have the day off too. This weekend has been a mini vacation so I'm trying to enjoy every minute. Thanks to Melissa's recommendations I went out to purchase the books she just got and am enjoying them already. No exercise yet for me, I think I may drag the stair stepper out and dust it off for a session tonight. Sure makes me miss my iPod though. Eats have been GREAT today and I'm thrilled with them!

3) 1 bag Kay's Naturals parmesan chips, 1 stick lf mozz, 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese
4) 1 sf fudsicle, 1 cinnamon-apple rice cake
5) 1/2 cup pork sloppy joe puree on 2 corn thins
calories: 767, carbs: 69, fats: 17, protein: 88
