Warm feet, finally!

Today I had a warm-feet day at last. My feet haven't been warm all day since summer and the difference today was some new socks I got at Costco. They are a wool blend which made me nervous because wool usually makes me too itchy. These itched at first and then settled down but really truly did warm up my feet perfectly. They've been a nice, even temperature all day and the socks have a thicker base so they are cushy and soft too. Ahhhh..... Molly Happy Toes

Dear Molly Happy Toes: I am sooooooo glad you found these socks, I am on my way to costco's so I can get a pair and taken them to work where is soooooooooooooo cold all day eventhough its 80 degrees outside. Hope your Costco has them too! Couldn't get the package from them last night as they were in the bedroom with DH but I have it now...Wigwam brand Women's Merino/Silk. (54% merino Wool, 18% silk, 18% rayon, 11% stretch nylon) It is a 3-pack that was $14.97, I think. Enjoy some new insulation! Molly

Happy Toes sounds great! I cant believe how chilly I am lately, up in Michigan it is quite cold...and going to get colder. I have a chill all the time and can never seem to warm up - very strange feeling since I was always the one in short sleeves...and still sweating even in December! Ha ha!

Isn't it a huge change from our former lives! The ladies I work with are all wearing short sleeves and complaining of being hot and there I am in two long-sleeved shirts most of the time. I don't complain when they open the store's side doors for fresh air because I sure remember those days of being so hot all the time. Now if I could just get my fingers to warm up... LOL Molly
