Hi Everyone.. hope you had a good Thursday!!! Mine was uneventful just cleaning the house and what not.. I did just run my two miles so back on track there. What are ya chewing on today? B: 1 egg, 2 oz of ham steak L: 1 cup romaine, red onion chopped, 2 tbs salsa and 1 spicy black bean burger crumbled on top. That is actually it for me so far.. I will have a shake and my husband and I may or may not go out to dinner so I have no idea what the night will bring.. How did you do?

Breakfast-PB&J on thin wheat Lunch-Protein Bar Part of a chicken breast Dinner-Cheesy Pot Soup Snack-100 cal. Bag of Popcorn Handful of nuts early in the day that made me SICK D

Aw sorry Diana.. I have to be nosey though.. did you dump from the nuts? I usually limit it to an ounce any more than that and I get a gut ache too.. sorry they upset your tummy.. hope u feel better soon *hugs*

I do not think I have ever really dumped which is not a good thing. I can not eat Ice Cream (sugar free) as it does not agree with me. I think I ate to many nuts to fast and my stomach just starting hurting and up they came and I felt so much better. I need to start using fit day again. D

Sugar Free ice cream killed me even preop (I was diabetic) and it was all the sugar alcohols.. I don't know who is buying this and it isn't affecting, amazing they make any money on this laxative and bloat producing stuff! If they came up they musta got stuck.. sorry to hear that. Fitday is great but it takes time and thinking.. I personally love it but I have the time for it, I can imagine how it gets hard to log everything when you are busy.. not sure how the moms out there do it!

S: Homeade latte using 1 cup skim milk and SF syrup, decaff. Light whip on top. D: Fajitas using my laTotilla brand tortilla (50 cal) with 3 oz chicken, 1 oz mont jack low fat cheese, 1 tbs of light sour cream, some onions and peppers. S: Pure Protein Bar and 1/2 ounce of Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal. Cals: 970, fat 35, carbs 75, protein 103

Hmmm.. bad eating day for me. B: Packet of LS Oatmeal L: Meximelt from Taco Bell (was rushing around and Wendy's was backed up FOREVER) D: Homemade chicken vegetable soup (loaded with chicken) S: Beef jerky I was way under on calories and protein for the day. figured it out, and didn't even hit 500 calories, let alone 50g of protein.

Girlie.. don't make me get the whip out! Just kidding.. I can't say I have too many "low" days.. lol, I have always fought to keep them down.. whats that like? hugs!

Well, recently remembering to eat has been a chore in itself. Still don't get hungry at all, so if my schedule varies at all, I tend to realize about 7pm at night.. oh crap, I'm still short on protein.

Can I have that problem? lol.. actually if I am not sitting at home I am the same way.. especially if I am running around busy.. I realize more and more its head hunger and not physical hunger I most likely experiencing but there are times I am physically hungry. In the book Mindless Eating (i bought it tonight) it talks abut the difference of feeling hungry above or below the waist.. very interesting. Above the waist is head hunger, below is real hunger.. I like this analogy and honestly 95% of the time its above the waist.. I am learning how to control that better.. *hugs*
