Hi All and Happy Hump Day! Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday! How did ya move and what did ya eat today! Ok, call me silly, I have spent all day in my pajamas! I am not kidding! I have slept only 4 to 5 hours a day since Saturday so I am just wiped. I decided my present to myself was to stay in pj's today and play on OH and watch tv and that's it.. how embarassing! But it has felt great. Going to watch the Country Music Awards tonight and hit the sack early I think. I honestly haven't eaten much yet surprisingly with me moping around.. but here are my damages so far! B: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar L: Joeseph's Oat/Flax Seed Pita Bread (get them at walmart in the deli area - 60 cals) made into a pizza.. topped with pizza sauce, 2 oz of 2% mozzarella, 4 black olives chopped, red onion and green pepper.. yum with a few bites of romaine lettuce topped with FF italian dressing. S: 6 oz of Banana Coconut Yogurt Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom with 1 cup Kashi Go Lean. D:? S: EAS Shake Without dinner and including my shake later I am at cals 581, carbs 46, fat 19, protein 62.. gotta work on that. How did you do?

Hi! Hope to have time to read the board and messages tomorrow to figure out why you are moping around, hope that everything is ok. Have a better day tomorrow! 8 hrs at work today at Top Stress Speed, I'm wiped. Doing it all again tomorrow..I think on Friday I will just not get out of bed. Eats: (fine example of stress eating here) --nf, sf soy latte 1) homemade choc./banana protein bar 2) 2 serv. PK's protein pumpkin pie muffins 3) 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 cup kashi go lean 4) 1/2 cup chicken/broccoli diet-y casserole concoction, 1 Frigo lite mozz. stick 5) 1/2 cup soymilk, 1 cup life cereal 6) 1 nsa ice cream bar calories: 931, carbs: 107, fats: 13, protein: 95 Trying to get rid of a tension headache and migraine...going back to my ice pack. See you tomorrow! M

Hey Molly sorry to hear about the migraine I have a friend at work that gets those and its so debilitating, I really feel for you girls and hope it gets better soon! As for my moping.. I am just exhausted! I haven't been sleeping well and I think its because I haven't been running off my energy with exercise plus I have been on the go go go go go until today for the past 2 weeks, just worn out. Spent the day seriously in my PJ's and lots of time on OH and did basically nothing.. tomorrow its back on track. I needed a day of complete rest.. I felt I deserved with getting to goal.. sure get to goal and be a sloth.. haha.. I think you had a good eating day actually other than your fats are low.. I think for maintenance you are your carbs in a good place and protein in wonderful spot but that is just my opinion.. i think its a beautiful breakdown! I plan to creep my carbs up little by little and cals to 1200 per my surgeon at 1 year. Hugs and hope u feel better tomorrow!

Aw Dawn thanks for worrying about me.. I was just tired and needed to get caught up.. I am good now Back to my old self. Wouldn't ya know the day I make goal I stay in my pajamas haha.. oh well. thanks for caring about me you are too sweet! *hugs*
