Sorry Melissa....I am trying to get back to this accountability so i am anxious to post my eats.....
B: Protein Bar
L: Canadian bacon & cheddar rolls
D: Pork Chop (4oz) & asparagus
S: CC Yogurt
S: 1oz FRITOS (i bought those for DH cuz i dont like them, evidently i do)
Total Cal 1,088 Carb 47.6 Fat 58.8 protein 99.9
Have to get rid of the cheddar cheese and the fritos....to much fat.......bought some 2% cheese last night. Didnt move...other than a mid afternoon stroll away from my desk...nothing to speak of.
