Monday- what did you eat ???
Hi Dawn! Definitely a busy day, wish I could be at home every day. Here's eats so far:
1) 1/2 cup grape nuts cereal cooked with 1/2 cup nf soymilk....yuck (always wanted to try it but now that I have-- never again)
--nf, sf soy latte
2) 2 servings egg beaters, 1 sf snack pack pudding
3) 4 oz. shredded pork, 2 corn thins (like rice cakes but thin), 1 T ff pumpkin butter
lots and lots of tea
later? don't know yet but it had better be low carb!
calories: 653, carbs: 90 (ouch already..it was the Grape Nuts), fats: 11, protein 51
I have an Isopure about to expire maybe I'll drink that. Yuck.
Haven't exercised today except being up and down the stairs all day, dh is trying to sleep so I'm being as quiet as possible.

Ok you little finicky eaters.. resident piglet checking in here... wow you guys eat so little! Here are my damages...
B: 6 oz Dannon Light N Fit Lemon Chiffon Yogurt with 1/4 cup Bare Naked Granola and 6 sliced strawberries (YUM!)
L: Chicken Taco Salad no chips/shell. 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup lettuce and tomato with some cheddar cheese and salsa
S: Large SF Chia Tea Latte with Skim Milk
D: 2 oz of ham, 2 servings of egg beaters
S: EAS Shake
Cals: 933, fats 27, carbs 59, protein 109 (high).
