Hi Isabel, The thing with weight is that is fluctates sooo much on an hourly basis that the worst thing you can do is weight yourself 2x a day or even daily ( I know we all do though ). There are factors that change the numbers all the time. Remember that what you eat today takes a few days to show up in actual "weight" on your body. Yes, I have the same problem and have been very upset over seeing my weight do a 4 pound change in the same day too. I was told this same thing by so many others that I am happy to pass it on. Take a break from the scale for a few days and see where you stand then. Sorry you feel bad hun Huggs Brina

It's no good to be so affected by what you see on the scale from one day to the next. Just so you know that there are others seeing the same thing, I was 178 yesterday and just now my scales said 180.5. My recommendation is to put the scales away for a whole week and then take a look. I'll bet you'll be pleasantly surprised!!! Steve

put the scale away and take out only once a week. otherwise it's going to drive you crazy. do not weigh yourself more than once a week, or if you must weigh everyday keep in mind that your weigh fluctates from one day to the other.

Hi Isabel: I think we are at the point that we play "passt the pounds" from time to time at this point out in the process....I toy around with the same 3 lbs as well, and guess what? In the end, somehow I end up lower and playing with another 3 set of lbs than before....there is no rhyme or reason. I was telling Melissa F a few weeks ago I think our bodies hang onto the weight for some weird reason, and then purge it when needed. For me, the last 3 lbs took 7 weeks, and then whoomp.....4 lbs were gone! Anyway, there ya have it, if you're not doing anything differently, hang in there, the tides will turn! Best, Megan
