Hi All.. the weekend is here upon us again. Hope you have some fun things planned. Me back to work and gonna be there 13 hours instead of 12 with the time change but that is ok. In the spring I get to be there 11 instead of 12. So what are ya munching on today? Did ya move at all? Sadly no exercise today.. my treadmill is on its side downstairs in the back room, husband had to DJ last night and has not had time to get it put back in the room we got the carpet in and honestly I am just pooped out this week after it all so took a couple days to recoop. Tonight I will be running my tush off at work anyhow. So it is all good.. here is what I have and plan on munching on today. B: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Blueberry Yogurt, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup Bare Naked Peak Protein Granola L: 4 oz Rolled Cheese/Spinach Talapia with Side salad of Romaine with Onion and Cheese, FF Italian Dressing. S: EAS Shake on the way to work. D#1: 4 oz of Center Cut Pork Chop with 1/2 cup Steamed Mixed Veggies D#2: 1 cup chicken chili (from a can, but pretty good) Cals: 966, fat 31, carbs 76 (eek kinda high) fiber 11, protein 95 How did you do today?

Hi! Very limited computer access yesterday (couldn't even log all my food...ack!) and a little better today. DH is using my computer for his stepped-up job hunting efforts and it seems like he's on it all the time. (an exaggeration but it still has really limited me and I feel the effects of it!) This is a working weekend for me and it has already been a very loooong week with no break till Tuesday. My numbers are awful today already. If I could just go to bed right now at 3 in the afternoon it wouldn't be bad but I'll have hours and hours to get through still. waaaa 'Moves' was 5 hours at work with the usual: fast walking, carrying and lifting heavy things, up and down stairs and ladders, pushing and pulling heavy things. A good workout as always. Here's the eats so far, I have no ideas about tonight but had better plan something low cal! 1) bran muffin --nf, sf soy latte 2) homemade oat-kamut pumpkin protein bar 3) 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 cup Special K Protein Plus 4) an ENTIRE bag (grazed!) Newman's cinamon soy crisps (this is 3 servings) 5) 2 servings egg beaters, salsa, 2 T ff ricotta, 4 mushrooms 6) 1/2 cup nsa ice cream, 1/2 cup strawberry cereal Really snacky today and really craving sweets. That time of the month, sorry Steve. calories: 1072, carbs: 86, fats: 15, protein: 78 Not bad but there will be more to come, I'm afraid. Molly

Resumed my limited and totally unbalanced intake today... 2 oz Crispix with 1/2 cup of skim milk 52 gram Protein Shake for lunch Blue Bell Light Cheese 1 oz. 3 oz. Chex Cheddar Mix 3 10oz bottles of Crystal Lite 20 min of torturous Yoga... (never again...)

Hi, All! My numbers actually aren't all that bad, but my foods were all-over-the-place, including snacking. I am looking forward to next week! I did get in 2 days of walking, which is a slight improvement. Ro Calories: 969 Fat: 35 Carb: 92 Protein: 75 Weekly: 906 Fat: 30 Carb: 109 Protein: 63
