Thursday Eats and Moves
Dawn, your other post got me confused...I think it was supposed to be Wednesday's eats, right? I'll start this one just in case. (If I got it wrong, sorry!) Today was a pretty good eating day for me. woohoo Nice to 'behave' well and know that I can still do it now and then. hahaha Another long, long day at work so that is what I count for my moves. Hope you did something a little more organized than me. Here's today's food:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) homemade brown sugar cinnamon protein bar
2) 1/2 cup 0% Fage yogurt, 1/2 cup Special K Protein Plus
3) 1 slice PK's Meat Crust Pizza, 1/2 cup broccoli w/1 oz. ff cream cheese, 1 serving crustless pumpkin pie (Susan Maria's recipe) ...this was too much for pouchie and I had to er, divest... a little of it. Live and learn as always.
4) 1/2 serving Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken, 1/2 cup broccoli w/1 oz. ff cream cheese
--nf, sf soy latte
5) maybe later another piece of that pumpkin 'pie' (not added in yet just in case)
calories: 834, carbs: 71 fats: 23, protein: 90
Am really going to try not to eat that last entry so that those numbers stay so nice. How did you do today?
