What did you eat Wednesday? And how did you move
Hey Gang! Hope you had a great Halloween.......
B: Protein Bar
L: 2 frozen chicken breasts (tyson)
D: 4oz turkey meat/roast beef/cheese (4oz total not each)
S: 2 dannon light and fit yogurt (this while everyone else was eating candy)
i have not totaled it up but it doesnt seem too bad........probably high in carbs but i can live with that- i took a short walk in the afternoon during work -----so nice outside this time of year.
OK, this is gonna be another easy one... more meetings in DC...
B: 1.5 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup of fresh fruit (pinapple, strawberries, grapes)
Snack: Protein bar (132 cal)
Lunch:
Snack: Another protein bar (132 cal)
Dinner: I'd like a nice piece of broiled salmon but it'll probably be a cup of tunafish. Slice of wheat toast. 1" cube of jarlsburg swiss cheese. 1/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese.
Walked 1.4 miles (my typical jaunt through the rolling hills of northern Virginia, saying hi to all the horses as I passed).
Wonder if we should be posting the amount of water that we drink here??? I knwo that I'm always behind at the end of the day. Maybe it would help us remember... Whaddya think?

Wednesday was a whopper carb day for me but then that is where my biggest trouble is everyday, it seems. I'll just list out all the totals instead of the line items. This was the first year DH was home instead of taking the kids out trick-or-treating so he handled the door duties and it left me free to get a lot of things done which was nice! Plus, I didn't have to be around the candy which honestly isn't a problem but that meant that it didn't even trigger me to want my sugar free candy. A good thing!!!

I should have exercised because I only worked four hours yesterday but it was such a busy day that I didn't do any sitting around at least.
So glad that Halloween is over, it is the least favorite of my holidays I think because I'm always in such a rush to get to th Christmas season. LOL
