I know this is way early and I'm not the usual poster (hope I am not stepping on any toes), but am trying to get myself back on track so I am pre-planning my meals and thought posting it would help. 1. Twisted protein bar 2 cups of coffee w/cream 2. 5 slices of turkey, thin 5 pickles 3. SF jello 4. Bumble bee ch****n salad & Crackers 5. 3oz pork chop 1/2 cup mac and cheese 6. 1/2 bag of Orville Redbocker 100 cal bag 910 Calories 90 carbs 29 fat 69 protein Not any formal exericse but taking the kids to a pumpkin patch tonight

Heavens to Betsy no you aren't stepping on any toes! I love it when you guys want to initiate these threads! Seriously! Thanks for doing it today Amy! My husband loves those twisted protein bars, they are a bit too much sugar for me but he reallllly enjoys them. He isn't much for "diet" food of any kind but he does like those! (being he had RNY, I try to keep his protein levels up, hes pretty much a carbaholic and eats like a nonop) 1. Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar 2. 1 cup romaine, some chopped red onion, 1 oz lowfat mont Jack cheese, FF italian. 3. After my salad had 4 oz cup of the new SF Banana Fudge Supreme Jello Pudding! YUM! I will update more later, I have slept 6 hours today after working. Thanks again Amy!

4. Joeseph's Flax Seed/Oat Bran/Whole Wheat Flour Pitas from Walmart (60 cals) toasted with laughing cow cheese (light swiss) with 3 oz deli chicken meat, romaine, onion, white vinegar and greek seasoning with a pickle speer 5. 4 oz Rolled spinach and cheese Talapia with side salad of romaine (can u tell I love salad?) with 1 serving of whole grain croutons and 1 tbsp of Light Ranch. 6. EAS Shake Cals 870, fats 37, carbs 60, fiber 13, protein 86

This is gonna be an easy one... Left the house at 0530, arrived Washington, DC at 0830 (80 miles in three hours, not bad, huh?). Meetings from 0830 (through lunchtime) to 1700. Back on the road from 1700 to 1955 (traffic much smoother going home, averaged 30 miles an hour). Half hour on the treadmill at 2.7 miles an hour (1.35 miles total) took me right up to game time (ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?) Then, check email during the game and get a few important emails sent that are necessary for TODAY's all day meeting in DC... Food... um, lemme see... I DID eat, RIGHT??? Breakfast - Protein bar on the road, 1 bottle of Snapple Mango Diet Green Tea. Mid morning snack - half a slice of pineapple, two strawberries and 6 grapes stolen from the brunch tray in the adjoining conference room. Lunch - Yeah, right!!! Who are YOU kiddin'? Afternoon snack - Snuck away from the meeting for 10 min to get a banana from the fruit lady. Washed it down (30 min later, mind you) with a nice cup of hot (well, ok, warm) decaf Chai Tea and splenda. Supper - In an attempt to get SOME kind of protein in, 1/2 cup of chili with meat and beans. Bedtime snack - 1 oz of mozzarella cheese and six wheat club crackers. How dat? S
