Blushing Too... Mel, You're butt pics ARE the best! I thought that you must be wearing a butt shaper! How did you "retain" it, after becoming a skinny-mini?
Do you do a lot of "glute" exercises or is it the running? My Nutritionist mentioned that the exercises would help with the Tailbone From Hell.
A lot of members have said that they check out your pics. I'm sure that they see how well proportioned you are... butt included... and hope for similar results.
You may be the only one of us to be able to say, "kiss my tiny, firm butt!", when some jerk gives us the "you're tooooooo thin" comment.

Hi Ro and thanks for the compliments lol.. honestly I have always had a very nice muscular tush even when I was obese, I knew as I lost it would keep a nice shape, or felt it would anyway and do believe the running has helped also tremendously. I think running has also helped my midsection and so many things. I can't put a price on running, it really has done so many amazing things from reshaping my body to giving me a sense of accomplishment and also a great stress reliever. I never thought I would be able to "run" but I sure do enjoy it.
I love your commentary on the "kiss my tiny firm butt", hilarious.. I could never say that though.. but thank you for saying I *could* say it.. to think I could get away with that.. ha!
