Hi, Erin! How much OJ can you "safely" drink? I really miss having it, but have stayed away because I heard that it causes serious dumping. Some dilute their juices, but that does not sound too appetizing to me. Let me know.... my glass is ready! Ro

Hi Ro how are things. I can drink Juice no problem, even OJ. I dump on cereals, oatmeal, concentrated sugars in large amts, pasta... and fats. I don't dump on natural sugars..I eat prunes all the time. A couple of months ago, I drank 6 flavored vodka and OJ and I was fine no dumping, just very drunk and very ill the next day. No shots though my pouch would fire me for sure... Take care, Erin
