What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Saturday
About to seriously crash here...face-down-on-the-computer time. Up at 4a.m. and on my feet working all day except for sitting here with ya'll. (also walked to the grocery store at 5 a.m.) Cooked, cooked, cooked, cleaned a lot and gardened. Although --I still didn't manage to get the garlic or the stinkin' tulips planted, darn it! Had to quit as I was losing the light and feeling like I was going to pass out if I didnt get in the house and get some protein on board. Here's eats:
--nf, sf soy latte
1) 1 batch cottage cheese pancakes and 15 dried blueberries, 3 T Steel's Country Syrup
2) 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese, 1/4 cup shredded im. crab, 4 Ritz Simply Social Whole Wheat crackers
3) 1 serving banana pudding (I'll post the recipe if anybody wants it)
4) 1 Nectar Caribbean Cooler, 1 chicken thigh of Salsa Slow-cppler chicken
snacks: 1 packet freeze dried Brother's fruit
1 instant sf cappuccino, homemade
calories: 830, carbs: 102, fats: 14, protein: 70
Dranks tons and tons of tea today, it really curbed my appetite. Woohoo!
