What did ya eat and how did ya move today? - Friday
Hi Gang, another week.. already gone, wow it goes fast!! I know I keep saying it. Back to work for me tomorrow! Hope you guys have some fun plans for the weekend and the weather cooperates for you! Take advantage b/c soon it will be too cold to go outside, already is here for the most part! Ok so this is what I have been eating on today.. not much yet..
B: 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean with 2 oz light soy milk and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and 2 sliced fresh strawberries.
L: 2 pumpkin protein pies with 1 tbs of 'frosting' mixed with 1 tbs of light whip
D: Donno yet, going out with the fam.
E: EAS shake
I am gonna be low today I am thinking.. we will see.
Ran 2 miles on the treadmill just now..
How did you do today?
Lunch--skinnless chicken thing with some tomato slices--300cal
Dinner-same exact thing--300cals
Vitamins/other junk 3calcium chews (caramel, yum)--105cals; 3chocolate chewable multi-vitamind--60cal; 1 bottle fuse "selnderize"-20cal; will probably total another 10 sugar free hard candies--100cal --total 285calories
so total so far as of 7p.m.--885cal, with prob. around 80g protein from the chicken;
still allowed--300cals--so will have a yummy protein/energy bar and maybe a fresh pear before bed, which brings the daily total to 1200cals.
exercise--morning puppy walk--2.9miles
the gym--35min (325cal burned) on elliptical; some very light weight lifting
it's raining so i'll probably end up skipping my evening doggie walk

The eats got off to a bad start today because I chose to use an Isopure for part of my fluids since I forgot my 'juice-water' this morning. (Isopure is in my emergency bag in the car.) That added 160 calories right off the bat and then the 40 grams of protein so I knew my numbers would end up being too high today.

--nf, sf soy latte
1) 2 servings PK's pumpkin protein pies
2) kashi chewy granola bar
3) 1 almond protein biscotti, 1 oz. soy crisps (out shopping and had to break into more 'emergency' foods)
4) 1/2 serving slow cooker salsa chicken, 1 rice cake
later...maybe more chicken? Don't know...
calories: 821, carbs: 53, fats: 14, protein: 97
By the end of the day the numbers will be a lot worse and the protein will be bad. Oh well...I did need to be using up that Isopure. I think I have two more bottles of it. Maybe I should save it and do the 5-day pouch test with it.
Moves: 6 hours at work followed by 3 hours of power shopping.
Well, I won't even mention my week for eating. Hubby and I are in a better place now, and he's just thankful they didn't have to surgically remove my foot from his *ss! But it's messed with my eating, or remembering to eat. Not to mention I had my braces adjusted on Weds, I've not been a very happy camper.
Today:
Breakfast: packet of oatmeal, 2 small bites beef jerky
Lunch: chicken enchilada pie (about 1/4 cup.. or 7-10 bites)
Snack: 1 c Azteca meatball soup
Dinner: gyros (slow roasted Greek style lamb), some green salad, and a bit of pita bread
Late snack: 1/2 a Jumbo Jack (mostly the lettuce, tomato, and guess you can call that a beef patty). I was feeling kinda icky, and had to run downtown to drop off pants for my spouse (rofl.. he ripped his chef pants .. was walking around showing most of his left thigh when I got there), so I grabbed the hamburger to see if it was just low protein. Guess it was, cause I started to feel better within minutes of eating.
Think today was the most I've ate in about the last 2 weeks. Told spouse he has to quit stressing me out, cause I don't get hungry and I just plain forget to eat.

Sorry i have been MIA AGAIN---but rest assured it is cuz i have been busy at work not cuz i am being BAD. In fact i am at the office right now....i would rather finish up what i was working on yesterday - Today. than have it lingering until MONDAY......Afterall, it will be the month end closing for me at the end of next week (remember i am in finance) argh there used to be a week of reprieve before the next month --now i am busy all the time.
