Hey Molly! Thanks for starting this thread for me. I was out running errands all day and had to stop by work, get my flu shots and go through an open enrollment benefits fair so I could understand all the changes for 2008. Then I did some shopping.... you ready for this..... you ready........................ I got some jeans.... Hipster brand.. SIZE 3/4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, you read that right! Size 3/4!!! OMG.. they are a bit snug but not overly and they are stretch but who cares! They run big I know but all the other 5/6's or 6's were a little "roomy" and would be "ok" now but in a few pounds would be too big so its a tighter 3/4 for me! I know in some brands a 6 would prolli be ok but I am shock either way OH WOW!!!!!!! Ok so then I had family over, as my FIL is building us a new handrail and he brought his parents along (my husband's grandparents) who are visiting from California so it didn't feel right to just leave them and go to the computer so that is why I have been MIA.. Anyways today was kinda weird eating day but overall good! I had to guess on part of it as I can't remember exactly the recipe I used for this cheesecake but I think I guessed pretty good. B: 2 pupmkin protein pies with 1 tbsp of 'frosting' mixed with 1 tbsp of light whipping cream. L: Atkins PB Granola Protein Bar D: 1 cup romaine, 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese, 4 black olives, some red onion chopped with a shake of "salad toppings" and 1 tbsp of light honey mustard dressing. S: 1 slice of SF Cheesecake (using a combination of SF pudding, low fat cream cheese in a graham cracker crust topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries) - froze this on the 4th of July b/c I had an extra one so really guessing on the cals.. it was so good and yes I ate the crust.. oh well. Figuring 25 carbs, 7 fats, 4 proteins, and about 180 cals.. hope I am close. S: EAS shake (of course!) Cals: 977, fats 38, carbs 64, protein 99 I ran 3.5 miles at the gym today. No weights.

L-1 bowl cabbage/beet soup, 1/4lbs shrimp--400?cal dinner- take out so not very good-- some salad, about 1/3chicken parmisan entree just the chicken, not the pasta, a few bites of vegetable lasagna--i'm going to estimate 600 calories vitamins-165cals hard candy-225cal (note to self: just because you buy a packet of weather's sugar free hard candy caramels, doesn't mean you need to eat the whole thing in one evening total:1390cals (boo); probably enough protein from all the shrimp, chicken and cheese; exercise--just walking; 2.7 morning, 2.9evening--5.6total.

OH MY GOSH!!!! A size 3/4...INCREDIBLE!!! And here you thought you wouldn't even be able to fit a size six. I'm so happy for you!!! None of us would ever have thought that at month ten post-op we'd be making such good progress. And I include ALL of us here in that, even those of us who feel they are 'slow' losers. You are setting an absolutely SHINING example of all the good things we can achieve! Congratulations!!!!! Molly

Well I would say a 6 is more "my size" but these jeans are stretch and run big and honestly prolli won't wear them until another week or two when I lose an inch or so in the belly but I can zip them without doing some weird acrobat lol.. does that make sense? Thanks for cheering me on.. I appreciate it. I am so glad we all have eachother here sure makes the journey easier for me, I appreciate the support Molly, thanks for always being there and inspiring me!
