I'll add. WalMart.. love them for cheap bras with all this "motion relocation" going on in the boobage. Hubby and i made a run the other night, when I had to go get a cheap pair of jeans a size smaller, since I was falling out of the pair I'd bought the week before. I found a PADDED exercise Danskin bra, that is wonderful. It's a 36D (allows for the little bit of excess skin under the armpits, mine is just enough to pinch between your fingers at this point, THANK GOD), to be included in the cup, and it makes them stay UP on your chest, not sagging down to heaven knows where. Hubby looked at me, grinned, and said, "Oh, honey, I know you're upset about the loss of chest, but that looks really good, actually." Sure, for a prepubescent teen girl I agree with Molly though, sucks to have reduction surgery, only to realize now you're going to have to pay to get them put back on! ARGH! I stay with the everything PADDED, and push-up. Also, when making purchases, do not even grab the bras that have the slimmer side bands, as you'll just get a roll over of skin from under the arm, that will make you want to hurt something. On a side note.. why the hell can't they put soft lighting in the dressing rooms, to lessen the shock of seeing yourself from three angles at once? I about fainted when I got a good look at my thighs in the light of a million suns the other day!

I've seen those bras but never tried them thinking that they'd just squish me down even flatter. Never occured to me that they'd do the job of holding in the underarm spillage. How sweet of your hubby to think of your feelings when shopping with you. Heck, how sweet of him just to go shopping with you! I love your comments about the lighting! YES!!! Luckily Wal-Mart is too cheap to put in three mirrors in their dressing rooms locally so I don't have that to suffer but whoa... Shopko kills me. The light of a million suns is right!

Just look at the stats on wls lately...the amount of people having it has expanded exponentially so we are bound to start seeing an increase in products to sell this specialty market. Already there are many more sugar free food options, clothing that suits special needs can't be far behind. When I had reduction it went from a DD to an almost B so really it was too small for my frame even then. But I didn't care because it ended the backaches, the tingling and then eventually numb shoulders, the rashes under my bra and the feeling of suffocation when I'd lay down to sleep at night. But I don't even have enough left up there now to go east and west when I lay down. It just gets flatter. I don't think DH regrets the comment...I doubt he ever pays attention to what kind of reaction his comments get from people. He is a bit impulsive that way and unless it is something like this recent job interview, other people's reactions aren't much of a concern of his anyway. He pretty much speaks his mind and then moves on without lettng things trouble him. It must be how he was raised. Being allergic to the implants...now there's something I never considered. Yikes! My concern is that I just have too much leftover medical junk in me. There are some kind of little spring things and pledget sponges from the life-saving procedure after I had Sam...to stop arterial and collateral bleeding. I have the leftover staples and medical grade Tyvek from my first wls and now the staples and sutures from the RNY. That's enough already! If I was rich and could have predicted the future I'd have had some liposuction during the weight loss and then had it frozen for later implantation back into the girls. Now that, I wouldn't mind! Oh and the lingerie...that IS for covering up! Things just don't get max exposure here for me anymore, unless I'm showering. And thinking of your swimsuit issue: how about seeing about finding some cute boy's trunks and pairing it with a swimsuit tank top. You know, the kind with the built-in bra and made of swimsuit fabric usually sold as separates anyway. If you want your arms covered then you could add a filmy white shirt over that and maybe leave it open and just knot the ends together or separately. ???

That was a fad that seems to have sort of passed but I know they are still out there. I've even seen a version of it at Wal-Mart but I don't like the style of theirs so haven't even bothered to try it on. The ones they had here had some kind of a clear plastic looking part in the middle of the strap, ick. One of these days when I am feeling especially self confident I'll go to the better department stores and try on one of these. But bra shopping is so hard on the ego that I don't do it too often. Silicone Valley Update! First, I'd like to say to Molly... You must be a very strong lady. After having the emergency surgery that left items inside and then to go through more surgery. Wow. Wow for surviving, after Sam was born! Wow for still having spirit left for more PS. We are all suffering from "bra and fitting room" trauma, especially the damn lights that show every defect. Hate 'em! The wider band on bras is on my favorites list, as are the Boy Short Cut Trunks and Swim Tank Tops. Lingerie??? Chicken Here! Steve, You might have gotten away with it at VS! DH actually liked the Wal-mart inserts SO much that he purchased the box empty! You know what that means! Heather, You know what that means, Right? When your DH complimented you, you ended-up feeling like a pre-teen with a training bra. My DH went one step further and said, "They look great...keep them in and the cashier can just scan the box." How close is this to being a little kid, who gets to wear their NEW SNEAKERS out of the store!!! LOL So I now live in Silicone Valley! The VS teardrops with Press 'n' Seal are filling-in the hollow. The Wal-mart Enhancements with silicone nipples are adding to the front of the bra. Very comfortable and reasonably priced! Now I look better with both sets in place and really hope that I never have an escapee! Molly, You remember how I feel that my town resembles Peyton Place. They'd have a ball with this one! What you really need to know. You can't wear the Wal-mart set in the hollow, unless you are really into having the 2 nipple per boob look!!! I was cracking-up so hard that I showed the saleswoman (about 20-years-old), who also laughed. DH thinks that women have a boob bond and he's right. Personally, I think that DH likes the Wal-mart set so much because the nipples are always showing... Men! Yes, Steve, that includes you... Men!!! As per my sex life, we haven't worked on that recently. Although DH compared me to a Vulcan, as in that they only need sex once every 7 years. So not true! He didn't compare me to Spock, but the hot Vulcan chick on the new series. She recently went through her 7 year itch, but did not "DO" everyone on the Enterprise. Luckily, the Doc gave her a synthetic drug to ease the urge. This week, she went commando with Trip. Knocking space boots was implied! If you haven't figured it out yet, DH is into Sci-Fi. There is hope for him on this planet, as he's married to a Vulcan-like woman. No, I'm not dressing up Vulcan for Halloween or DH Date Night, which has not been scheduled! At least he compared me to someone HOT! Ro

Actually, hubby's comment made me laugh. Cause when he said it, he had his arm wrapped around my shoulder and snuck a grope when no one was watching. I even got the eyebrows wiggled at me. That's where the prepubescent teen comment came from. Hehe I know he's not complaining about the changes in my body, it's just me. And I don't ***** out loud to him, because I don't want to put pressure on him to compliment me, just so I FEEL better. I want him to do it, because he thinks of it. Not because it's prompted. With that said.. if the man doesn't leave me alone soon, I'm going to die of exhaustion! He told me the other day, "You look better than when we got married." I about fell out of my chair! I think in 8 years, my husband has given me a handful of compliments. So that meant a lot to hear.

Eyebrows Wiggling...watch out! I get the same thing...it must be their inborn libido communicator kicking-in. The marriage compliment was sweet...the grope; just plain FUNNY...You Crazy Kids!!! So your getting more compliments without a prompt...that's really the best kind! You are having that much S3X!!!! I'm confused!!! What's your secret??? DH is ready; I'm the problem here. Love ya Ro

Wow, the last time a guy groped me was at work and I had to file a sexual harrassment complaint. DH just asks me how I'm feeling. That's the code for: hey-ya-wanna? Congratulations on the lovely compliment from your DH and that it was unsolicited, I know what you mean about that. And don't complain about the exhaustion...it isn't a bad way to be tired. LOL My DH did recently tell me that I'm thinner than when we got married but that was immediately followed by 'don't lose any more'. Well, I take what I can get. Molly
