Both homemade pumpkin protein bars
Melissa,here's the revised, lower-carb version of the pumpkin bars. What brought it down was removing some of the oatmeal and replacing it with puffed kamut cereal. I got mine at a health food store but you can find puffed cereals with about the same numbers in the organic section of the grocery store. (there is puffed kamut, puffed spelt, puffed millet, puffed brown rice...to name a few--all unsweetened)

Here is the original version again for comparison. Note that on both recipes the calculation for the sugar free syrup componant is listed as a Davinci flavour...that is your choice and I just use whatever suits my fancy at the time. But these bars taste best with the DaVinci sugar free pumpkin pie spice one. Same calories for any of them so don't worry about what flavour syrup is listed.

I'll also include some of my other versions of this if you are interested. You can see how I tinkered with the original formula to make different variations. One I REALLY, REALLY love is not listed but uses the Torani brand sugar free syrup Brown Sugar Cinnamon, uses half a cup of babyfood prunes instead of pumpkin, vanilla and cinnamon for spices and apple juice. It tastes like a good oatmeal cookie!

I had that today (again) and it is so yummy! Made mine with 8 chicken thighs instead of the four chicken breasts and when I eat one I count it as half a serving.
You can never be too sweet, Steve! Not around us on the mb anyway.

Here you go, Steve. I got these calculated and saved. Remember, these are a protein bar and will be dense...not light like a cookie. Are you sure the people at work are up for a homemade protein bar?
