OK, it must be a local thing, but, where do I get some BARE NAKED PEAK PROTEIN GRANOLA... I've most certainly been missing SOMETHING here... And if anyone thought that a guy would let THAT one slip by, ya just don't know us GUYS!!! I had a cup of scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese with onions and peppers and a quarter cup of plain grits for breakfast (free buffet breakfast at the hotel while on business travel - oh yeah!!!) Cup of vegetarian chili and a cup of decaf tea for lunch. Banana for a snack this afternoon. 5 lowfat corn chips and a quarter cup of salsa to dip them in as an appetizer and then a protein shake for supper. Sure seems like a lot when I write it down, but I guess it's ok. Then, when I got back to the hotel after a day of meetings, back on the treadmill for another 1.4 miles (30 minutes at 2.7 miles an hour). Hope your family visit went well, Melissa!! Cheers everybody!

Haha you are funny Steve! The Bare Naked Protein Granola can be found at any health food store or at Target, its delicious but only use a 1/4 of a cup, it has a lot of calories.. 140 cals for 1/4 cup. Good good stuff tho with good things in it for you like seeds, nuts and berrries and tastes like cinnamon! Yum!

Here's the link to their website. I first heard about them on a tv show that was featuring young entrepreneurs...their company has a very interesting story and the products are really good. http://www.bearnakedgranola.com/ You did really well on your trip, congratulations! Molly
